A EURODOC idén Kolozsváron tartja éves szakmai konferenciáját és tisztújító közgyűlését 2015. április 27-30 között. 35 ország doktorandusz szövetsége delegált képviselőt az eseményre, melynek címe Empowering Young Researchers in Europe: Engagement and Participation. [bevezeto_vege]A konferencia célja, hogy fórumot szolgáltasson a doktorandusz életpályával kapcsolatos nemzeti tapasztalatok, kihívások és megoldások bemutatására, valamint előmozdítsa a jó gyakorlatok megosztását és közös nemzetközi projektek kidolgozását. A konferencia résztvevőinek lehetősége nyílik találkozni és együtt gondolkodni számos európai civil szervezet képviselőjével, tudományos élet befolyásos szereplőjével.
A magyar doktorandusz és fiatal kutatói közösséget a DOSZ általános elnökhelyettese, Kőmíves Péter Miklós képviseli Gáspár Marcell elnökségi taggal együtt. A magyar érdekképviseleti fejlődést bemutató Increasing possibilities for the Strategic Cooperation as a Public Body című előadást a közönség közvetlenül a megnyitó után hallhatta. Az elmúlt két év látványos eredményei komoly visszhangot váltottak ki, a magyar DOSZ köztestületi modell az „ideális minta” jelzőt is felvetette. A konferencia második napján további inspiráló előadások hangzanak el, majd szerdán és csütörtökön kerül sor a szervezet 2014 éves beszámolójának elfogadására, a 2015-ös célok kitűzésére és a tisztségviselői kar megújítására.
Annual conference of EURODOC in ON
EURODOC holds its annual conference and annual general meeting (AGM) in Cluj-Napoca, Romania between 27-30 April 2015. There are representatives of 35 countries present at the professional conference titled Empowering Young Researchers in Europe: Engagement and Participation. The main goal of the conference is to provide a forum for sharing experiences on national PhD and DLA career improvement paths, explaining challenges and introducing innovative solutions. In addition the conference would like to foster exchange of best practices and setting up joint international projects. Participants of the conference have the chance to meet representatives of important civil organisations and stakeholders of European scientific life.
The Hungarian PhD/DLA and young researcher society is represented by Mr Vice President Péter Miklós Kőmíves and Marcell Gáspár member of Board responsible for international relations. The Hungarian presentation titled Increasing possibilities for the Strategic Cooperation as a Public Body introduced the Hungarian improvement path of DCs representation and advocacy right after the opening ceremony. The impressive achievements of the last two years have had a great impact on the audience and the Hungarian model also raised the question if it was the ideal model for national DCs representations. There are going to be several inspiring presentations on the national systems on the second day of the conference. On Wednesday and Thursday the Annual General Meeting is going to discuss the 2014 results, set the goals for 2015 and renew the Executive Board.
