The Association of Hungarian PhD and DLA Candidates is committed to supporting foreign doctoral students. In the current epidemiological situation, several doctoral candidates, mainly participating in Stipendium Hungaricum program, found themselves in an inconvenient situation. In most cases, students - lacking proper information - have left the country. As a result, they lost their scholarships or got stuck in a third country along their way home. We are now estimating the number of people involved which is necessary for taking the next step towards a solution.
